DESCRIPTION

Hurst Dual Gate Shifter for 70-81 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird Formula and 73-81 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. This piece has been cleaned and serviced and is ready for use. It features an original HURST shifter stick with some age showing on the driver's side of the chrome. It comes with an original Hurst T Handle that fits tightly once installed. All moving mechanisms (his/hers aspect of the dual gate) work well after being cleaned and properly serviced. 

You will need additional parts to install the unit, namely a Hurst-specific shifter cable, mounting pedastals, and shifter plate, as well as your original lamp housing with indicator.  

Also includes Hurst Dual Gate Installation instructions for 2nd generation F-bodies to make it easy to install.

This part is in good condition. Best of all, it is a genuine vintage Hurst part!

Pontiac 1970-1981

Trans Am / Firebird / Formula

Chevrolet 1973-1981

Camaro / Z28 / Type LT / Berlinetta

FITMENT

This part will fit Pontiac/Chevrolet F-body cars from 1970-1981 with automatic consoles. Note that it will NOT fit 70-72 Camaros due to the differences in center consoles.

It may also fit 68-72 Pontiac GTOs with the correct pedastal mounting points, but not guaranteed.

WARRANTY

RETURNS

Items must be returned in the original packing – customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the inspected items. Returns for non-fitment will not be honored – please ask questions first.

CLAIMS

In the event of shipping damage, customers must save all packaging and send 2 digital pictures so Musclecar Air Cleaners can initiate a shipping damage claim.
