DESCRIPTION

1970-71 Mopar 340 Four Barrel Dual Inlet Unsilenced Air Cleaner Restoration. This assembly has been refinished in wrinkle black to present a period correct image. The base and top have been refinished in two stages to provide interior semi-gloss black and exterior wrinkle black finishes.  A "Made In Canada" stamp has been added to both pieces to further the authenticity and add a nice touch.  The exterior features a new Mopar Air Cleaner Service Decal. The interior is fitted with a correct heavy duty air filter and retains the factory 5 1/8" diameter carburetor flange. 

The lid features a new 340 Four Barrel pie pan, as well as a new lid seal and period correct wing nut. The wrinkle finish is very nice - it features typical surface characteristics (i.e. flat and low) to match the factory finish. Both pieces have been completed with a "Made In Canada" stamp to add a nice level of authenticity.

Since Mopar Performance has discontinued the production of the pie pans, finding the correct one has become increasingly hard to do.  If you don't need the pie pan, please inquire first for a price without it.

This assembly presents very well. Best of all, it is a scarce and original Mopar part!

RETURNS

Assemblies must be returned in the original packing – customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the inspected assembly. Returns for non-fitment will not be honored – please ask questions first.

CLAIMS

In the event of shipping damage, customers must save all packaging and send 5 digital pictures so Musclecar Air Cleaners can initiate a shipping damage claim.
