DESCRIPTION
OEM 1969-72 Chevrolet Truck C10 CK 350 / 270HP Automatic/4 Speed Air Cleaner. This assembly has been media blasted and refinished in the correct semi-gloss black finish to present a period correct image. The single snorkel with semi-oval end is in good condition and correct for trucks with 4 speed only. The base is excellent and features a GM licensed reproduction Air Cleaner Service Decal (KD=1969-72 Truck specific). As a nice finishing touch, the original date stamp has been added for for further authenticity.
An original classic lid enhances the appearance and includes an original seal to ensure correct sealing (minor surface anomalies on the lid - hard to see once installed, but mentioned for clarity). To complete the package, a new heavy duty air filter, and a period correct wing nut are included. To add further distinction, a GM licensed 350/270 Turbo-Fire decal is included and will be installed at time of purchase and complements the overall assembly.
As an added bonus, the assembly is made more complete with the correct truck 3" tall spacer featuring the breather filter nipple and the correct pre-heater metal inlet tube - both are specific to trucks and the orientation of the snorkel and height requirements.
This assembly is in nice condition and will enhance your restoration. Best of all, it is a genuine GM part!

This assembly is correct for the following:

C10, CK, K5, CST
It is also correct for 396/400/402 Big Block engines as well - we can provide the crossed flags decal for these if requested.
Note: for 69, both automatic and 4 speed equipped cars featured the ThermAC valve on the top of the snorkel, along with the pre-heater tube connected to the exhaust manifold. 4 speed air cleaners were no longer separated from this emissions requirement.
FITMENT
The assembly will fit factory 4 barrel Quadrajet carburetors with a 5 1/8" diameter flange, as well as Holley (non double-pumper), Carter, and Edelbrock variations without electric choke (some adjustment to the carburetor alignment tangs may be required). If you have modified your carburetor, intake manifold, or valve covers, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
It will fit the 68 models - the primary difference is snorkel length and a lack of pre-heater/ThermAC on the snorkel.

RETURNS
