DESCRIPTION

OEM 1966-79 Pontiac 389 400 428 455 SD Push Rod Guide Plates. This is a set of 4 push rod guide plates for 1966-79 Pontiac High Performance engines. These bolt onto the cylinder head and keep the OEM push rods in place, maintain correct geometry and reducing deflection potential. OEM HP engines all featured these. They are held in place under each screw-in rocker stud (they will not work with the press in rocker studs). Works with OEM 3/8" push rods. All are clean with no apparent bends or damage.

These parts present well and will enhance your restoration. Best of all, they are genuine GM parts!
