1959-64 GM OLDS PONTIAC CADILLAC 4GC OEM CARBURETOR WITH KIT

OEM 1959-64 GM 4GC Carburetor. This is a very nice Rochester 4 barrel carburetor for the 59-64 GM cars. The unit is sound and is fully functional - all throttle rods move freely, as does all of the linkage. All adjustment screws move freely as well. It retains the original 4 1/8" diamater carburetor flange that was only used for the 64 and down models. There are no apparent flaws/casting issues in the piece; all four mounting points are solid and in tact too. The pre-heated choke mechanism works properly as well; this can also be upgraded using an electric choke conversion kit readily available if preferred. The base is made of cast iron and features multiple style connectors for throttle cables - an additional bracket is included to allow for any customization if required to fit many applications. The fuel inlet comes with a partial fuel line that will allow flexibility for connection, or as a template for the correct metal line requirements.

As an added value, a correct carburetor rebuild kit is included for future requirements, as well as including the base mounting gasket.

This is a great unit to add to your ulitmate restoration - it will replace an incorrect or missing part and enhance your original engine. Best of all, it is a genuine GM part!

FITMENT

The assembly will fit factory 4 barrel intake manifolds and air cleaners with an original 4 1/8" flange. If you have modified your air cleaner or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to purchase to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
