We use differrent carriers for our shipments. Each order is packed - often in a custom sized box - to minimize potential damage. Your order will be insured in the event of damage by the carrier during transit. We strive to provide intelligent shipping charges - we are not trying to make profit on shipping charges.
International Shipping - we typically use USPS Priority Mail International. Please inquire for an accurate shipping quote so you know what to expect. An option for Canada is FedEx International; we try not to us UPS due to the significantly higher brokerage fees incurred when using them.
In the event of damage, please take multiple pictures of the box, any apparent box damage (i.e. bent corners, rips or tears, or crushed areas), as well as the packing materials and damaged part/parts. Send digital pictures to us for further processing. In the event this happens, please let us know and we will find a solution for you - you won't be stuck with damaged goods.
We'll provide tracking information once the label is processed. If using FedEx ground, you will receive a notification from us directly, as well as periodic updates from FedEx. USPS label information will be provided to international customers; tracking can be monitored via USPS tracking.
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to coordinate/request a return. If this is the case, you must contact us first for a return request. We will assess your request and provide an RMA as appropriate. Customers are resposnible for all return shipping costs (see Customized assemblies for the exception to Returns).
We ask that you inquire about fitment and correct applications before you purchase if you are unsure. While most products are correctly identified, we don't know what modifications/alterations you may be dealing with.
All offers for purchases are good for a maximum of 30 days. Since we are constantly acquiring inventory, offers to purchase will be null and void at the 30 day mark.
Due to the nature of a customized assembly, they are non-returnable & non-refundable. Once we have completed the work to modify an assembly based on your requests, it is not possible to return the unit. We will ask many questions to ensure we create what you are wanting, but ultimately, the detail you provide is how we will customize the unit.
If we agree to complete a restoration on your item, we will work with you to provide details along the way. We'll provide pictures of the unit as received, any hidden damage, and work in progress. Upon completion, you will be notified with final pictures and an invoice.
Restoration quotes are good for a maximum of 45 days - this is due to the volume of business, scope of restoration, and variable market costs associated with parts/products required to complete an assembly. Not all original parts are always available - the use of OEM replacement parts (used or NOS) continues to be a contributing factor for these quotes.
Customers have 30 days from the date of invoice to finalize the transaction.
Any merchandise/items remaining unpaid after 30 days will become the property of Musclecaraircleaners.com, LLC and will be disposed of/sold as appropriate to recouperate our costs involved.
