1971 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL MARK III 460 4 BARREL AIR CLEANER

DESCRIPTION

OEM 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III 460 4V Air Cleaner. This assembly has been refinished in Dark Ford blue to mirror the originals. The base is very clean and retains all of the factory ancillary components, all detailed and reinstalled to factory specifications. The snorkel is straight and features a correctly applied vacuum canister, connected via new ribbed vacuum line. The lid is excellent and is garnished with Ford restoration decals to mirror the factory originals. The base has the 5 1/8" flange designed for Autolite carburetors and is also in very good condition. To complete the assembly, an original flex duct has been applied via the factory methodology to make installation more complete. The assembly is completed with a new Motorcraft air filter and period style wing nut.

This assembly presents well and will enhance your restoration. Best of all, it is a genuine Ford part!

Continental Mark III 

This assembly will fit a myriad of Ford engines from 1970-75, but is but is technically correct for 1971 models.

The assembly will fit factory 4 barrel Autolite carburetors and others with the 5 1/8" flange (Edelbrock/Carter carburetors with the 5 1/8" flange). If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
