OEM 1957-58 Mopar Chrysler Desoto Plymouth Dodge 354 392 Side Draft 4 Barrel Hemi Air Cleaner in very nice condition. This assembly has been refinished to the original look of the 1957-58 hemi cars featuring the four barrel side draft air cleaners. The body features a very clean appearance, garnished with a Mopar air cleaner service decal. It retains factory spot weld impressions on the body and carburetor inlet area as originally produced. The original mounting bracket screws for the side are included, as is the original wing nut/stud; a period correct wing nut helps to secure the assembly to the carburetor. The interior has been refinished to resemble the factory look, with added durability that will last. The lid has also been refinished and includes the original interior particle filter (may need replacement as it sheds filaments). A vintage NOS OEM style perforated air filter completes the package, making it ready to install. There is a very small impression in the bottom of the lid (picture 9) that is out of sight once installed, but mentioned for clarity.

This assembly is correct for the following:

New Yorker, Imperial, Saratoga, Belvedere, Savoy, Fury, Fireflight, Adventurer, Firesweep, Sportsman with 392-4 barrel engines.

It will fit 331 and 354 engines featuring the AFB as well in the event your engine has been previously replaced.

FITMENT

This assembly will fit factory 4 barrel carburetors with the 4 1/8" flange (Carter AFB). If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
