DESCRIPTION

OEM 1977 78 79 Pontiac Trans Am 403 L80 Oldsmobile Shaker / 1969-76 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442  Air Cleaner Breather To Valve Cover Assembly. This piece has been refinished in 60% gloss to present a period correct image. It is the correct length for the Trans Ams equipped with the Olds 403 engine, as well as 70-76 Oldsmobile engines to include 350/400/455 Rocket Engines. It comes complete with a new rubber grommet that connects to the valve cover breather. The breather filter is a new black annodized piece that fits nicely to complete the emissions requirement for PCV system.

APPLICATIONS

This assembly is correct for the following 1977 78 79 models:

Pontiac

Trans Am with 403 Olds engine

Oldsmobile 1969-76

Cutlass / Rallye / 4-4-2 with 350/400/455 engine

This part cannot be used on Pontiac 301/400/455 or Chevrolet 305/350 engines due to the differences in PCV system designs. It is intended for Oldsmobile engines only.

FITMENT

This part will fit factory Olds air cleaner assemblies with the round hole on the breather. If you have modified your air cleaner, carburetor, distributor, or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.  Two are required for the 70-72 Oldsmobile Dual Snorkel Assemblies.

RETURNS

Assemblies must be returned in the original packing – customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the inspected assembly. Returns for non-fitment will not be honored – please ask questions first.

CLAIMS

In the event of shipping damage, customers must save all packaging and send 5 digital pictures so Musclecar Air Cleaners can initiate a shipping damage claim.
