DESCRIPTION

OEM 1977-79 Pontiac Trans Am Formula with Olds 403 L78 A/C bracket set. This is a set of three A/C brackets specific to the Pontiac Trans Am models powered by the Oldsmobile 403 engine. These brackets have been cleaned, inspected, and refinished and are ready to add to your engine. Often found missing on most project cars, these three brackets will help to return your TA back to the way it was originally equipped with Air Conditioning. The two black brackets mount on the original intake manifold and connect to the back and top of the compressor; the aluminum bracket mounts to the engine and provides support to the bottom. You will need an additional rear triangular bracket and the front compressor to mount the compressor completely (not included). The picture above references the correct installation of these components.

These fit 1977-79 403 Olds engines originally installed in Firebird/Trans Am/Formula.

The parts present well and will replace the incorrect/missing pieces for your restoration. Best of all, they are all genuine GM parts!
