DESCRIPTION

OEM 1973-79 Pontiac Trans Am Formula 350 400 455 A/C bracket set. This is a set of 5 A/C brackets specific to the Pontiac engines powering the Trans Am/Firebird/Formula/Lemans/Can Am models. These brackets have been cleaned, inspected, and refinished and are ready to add to your engine. Often found missing on most project cars, these brackets will help to return your Pontiac back to the way it was originally equipped with Air Conditioning. The two black brackets mount on the original intake manifold and connect to the back and top of the compressor; the large front bracket mounts to the compressor and timing cover; the small triangular unit mounts to the bottom mount bracket; the large base bracket mounts to the cylinder heads and is the mainstay for the compressor. The picture above references the correct installation of these components.

These fit 1973-79 350 400 455 Pontiac engines originally installed in Firebird/Trans Am/Formula/Lemans/Can Ams.
