1967-68 MOPAR DUAL SNORKEL AIR CLEANER CHARGER CORONET ROAD RUNNER GTX 383 440
DESCRIPTION
OEM 1967-68 Mopar 383/440 Four Barrel Dual Snorkel Air Cleaner. This assembly has been media blasted and refinished in black wrinkle to present a period correct image. The top is in excellent condition and features the dual snorkels without CAP and features the correct clearance indentations. The base features the 5 1/8" flange (Carter AVS) specific to 68 models and a new reproduction Mopar seal - all in very good condition. The inside surfaces have been finished to prevent the typical surface rust that unfinished factory units were susceptible to. A new heavy duty air filter and period correct wing nut are included to complete the assembly. Note that the finish of the wrinkle paint is as close a match as that of the factory production methods.

Note that it will fit virtually all models featuring a Carter/Holley/Edelbrock with the 5 1/8" flange.
FITMENT
The assembly will fit factory 4 barrel Carter carburetors or others with the 5 1/8" flange (it will NOT fit Carter AFB carburetors with the 4 1/8" flange). If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
