DESCRIPTION

 

OEM 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle/Camaro/Nova/El Camino/Malibu/C-10 250 Turbo Thrift 6 Cylinder Air Cleaner. The assembly has refinished in a low gloss black to present a period correct image. The single snorkel with oval end is in very good condition. The base is clean and presents nicely. The exterior features a GM licensed reproduction Air Cleaner Service Decal (1968- loosely installed). 

 

An original lid augments the appearance and includes the original seal to ensure correct sealing. A GM licensed 250 Turbo Thrift decal has been added (loosely installed) to add the finishing touch to the assembly. To complete the package, a new heavy duty air filter, new ACDelco breather filter, and period correct wing nut are included. 

 

This assembly is in very nice condition and will enhance your restoration. Best of all, it is a genuine GM part!

APPLICATIONS

 

This assembly is correct for the following 1968 250/155HP Inline 6 models with 3/4 speed transmissions; it will also work on automatics, but is technically incorrect since those models came with ThermAC pre-heaters installed in the snorkel:

FITMENT

 

The assembly will fit factory factory carburetors with a 2 1/8" diameter flange. If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.

WARRANTY

RETURNS
