1968 Camaro Firebird HI Space Saver Tire Rim Date coded 68

DESCRIPTION

OEM 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS RS Space Saver Tire FPO N65. This is a survivor OEM B.F. Goodrich space saver tire found for the 1967-69 A/F/X-body cars. This space saver features the original B.F. Goodrich 7.35 x 14 nomenclature on the sides of the tire. The rim is GM issue and features a myriad of stampings; the HI indicates it is for a late 67/68 Camaro. Somewhere along the way, it was sprayed over the original finish to hid minor surface rust - it is as it appears. The codes were embellished with white ink to highlight them better. The original metal valve stem seal appears functional as well. The tread pattern is correct for the late 60's era as well. The wheel features the following stamps (to the best of our ability to decipher them as it stands):

This part is in good condition and ships as pictured. With a proper glass blasting and refinishing, it would be an excellent addition to your restoration. Best of all, it is a genuine GM part!

APPLICATIONS

This space saver tire is correct for the following

1967-68 Chevrolet

Camaro SS/RS/Z28 equipped with 14" wheels and N65 Space Saver option; it will also fit 1967 and early 1969 models, but is not necessarily date code correct.

It may also fit Chevelle SS/El Camino SS/ etc... equipped with factory 14" wheels. 

Note that 15" space saver tires were not available until the 70 1/2 models.

FITMENT

The tire will fit factory 5 lug GM bolt patterns. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.

RETURNS
