1964-67 MOPAR 273 FOUR BARREL AIR CLEANER W/O CAP CUDA DART CHARGER COMMANDO

DESCRIPTION

1964-67 Mopar 273 4V Chrome Unsilenced Air Cleaner. This assembly is a good original survivor. Overall, it presents okay on the sides. The top is good, but has had the center section painted below where the decal sits. It is the earlier version that was delivered prior to CAP (valve cover breather nipple). A replacement 273 Charger or Commando decal in included (loosely installed). The original base has been modified and drops slightly deeper than the original. It features a 4 1/8" carburetor flange that fits the original Carter AFB carburetors.  The interior of the top has been painted black as well. To complete the assembly, a new heavy duty air filter and period correct wing nut are included. Taken in as a traded and priced accordingly. Please let us know your choice of decal.

This assembly is in good driver condition. Best of all, it is a genuine Mopar part!

This assembly is correct for the following 1964-67 273 high performance models:

Dodge

Dart

Plymouth

Barracuda

It will fit A/B/C-body cars ranging from 62-67 as well with the smaller carburetor flange, but is only correct for 1964-67. It will also fit 383/413 models as well from this era.

FITMENT

The assembly will fit factory 4 barrel carburetors (Carter AFB) with a 4 1/8" diameter flange. It will not fit newer carburetors such as Holley, Carter AVS, or Edelbrock AFB variations - you can request the larger non-original base for these applications. If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.

RETURNS

Assemblies must be returned in the original packing– customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the inspected assembly. Returns for non-fitment will not be honored – please ask questions first.

CLAIMS

In the event of shipping damage, customers must save all packaging and send 5 digital pictures so Musclecar Air Cleaners can initiate a shipping damage claim.
