1962-66 Mopar Slant Six Super 225 Unsilenced Air Cleaner

 

OEM 1962-66 Mopar 170/225 Charger 225 Super 225 Slant Six Unsilenced Air Cleaner. This assembly has been refinished in low gloss black to present a period correct image. The base is in good condition and features a 2 1/4" carburetor flange that fits the Carter 1 barrel carburetors. The exterior is in good condition and features a new Mopar air cleaner service decal. A Super 225 (Plymouth) decal has been installed to complete the visual image. Both the top and base interiors have been refinished to protect from surface rust. To complete the assembly, a new heavy duty air filter is included.   

This assembly is in nice condition and will enhance your restoration. Best of all, it is a genuine Mopar part!

APPLICATIONS

 

This assembly is correct for the following 1962-66  slant six models:

Dodge

Dart, Dart GT, Coronet, Lancer, 330, D100, Power Wagon (with the change of decal to CHARGER 225 - not included).

Plymouth

Barracuda, Valiant, Satellite, Fury

 

It will fit A/B/C/E-body cars ranging from 67-71 as well, but does not feature the air breather tube fitting (CAP).

 

FITMENT

 

The assembly will fit factory 1 barrel carburetors (Carter) with a 2 1/4" diameter flange. If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
