1955 56 57 BUICK SPECIAL 4 BARREL OIL BATH AIR CLEANER
OEM 1955-57 Buick Roadmaster Special Rivera Century Super 4 barrel oil bath air cleaner. This assembly has been refinished in low-gloss black to present a period correct presentation for the Buick image cars. The cannister is clean and is garnished with a GM licensed air cleaner service decal. The lid is straight and the starburst is very nice as well. The inside is clean and allows for excellent air circulation from the long barrel inlet.
The four barrel base has a 4 1/8" flange and appropriately fits early WCFB carburetors of the era. The oil bath insert has been cleaned and is ready for service, or chose to replace with a more modern paper element if desired (not included). Please note that a two barrel base (3" flange) is also available if preferred - please inquire first.

*the difference between the two divisions was the Pontiac nomenclature on the air cleaner service decal whereas Buick featured the AC logo without BUICK callouts.
FITMENT
This assembly will fit factory 4 barrel carburetors with the 4 1/8" flange (Carter AFB/Carter WCAFB) or 2 barrel carburetors with the 3" flange (i.e. Rochester 2GC). If you have modified your carburetor or intake manifold, please inquire first prior to bidding to ensure fitment is correct. Return requests for non-fitment will not be honored.
